Mercedes-Benz GLE coupe hybrid SUV suddenly announced the upgrade, coming tomorrow

A small surprise was given to global customers by Mercedes-Benz when the list of vehicles launched at the Frankfurt 2019 exhibition announced earlier was completely without the GLE Coupe.

Mercedes teased on Twitter today, the new GLE Coupe will officially appear tomorrow, 8/28 before making its public debut in Frankfurt, Germany. Mercedes doesn’t say much about coupe hybrid SUVs (what it needs when the launch date is close to the release date …) but they ensure this name line is now more luxurious and … more like the coupe than ever.

European paparazzi have also captured the coupe hybrid SUV on several test drive occasions. In general, the overall appearance of the car is still the same but the lines are changed slightly in a smoother, sportier direction.

The cabin is almost entirely made from standard GLE, so users can expect a 12.3-inch copper screen on the dashboard with voice control technology. In addition to technology, fabrication materials have also been upgraded a step and the number of options is likely to increase compared to before.

At least two versions of the engine almost certainly appear on the new GLE Coupe including the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged 255 horsepower, 370 Nm and the 3.0L 6-cylinder turbocharged 362 horsepower, 500 Nm. Particularly in the European market, as usual, still has 241 horsepower, 500 Nm of oil. Finally, the AMG version will own the power to fluctuate in the 429 threshold of 603 hp.
